I participated at the Trisutto Camp in St. Moritz guided by Rafal mid of August 2017. My objective was on the one hand to train hard and on the other hand to learn more about different aspects of triathlon sport. The camp with Rafal completely fulfilled my expectations. I appreciated his focused feedback, his engagement to give us the most of this week, and his willingness to answer any question whenever they occured. Thanks to Rafal I had a fully satisfying week and really learned a lot. I am looking forward to attend a future camp on my way to my first full-distance Ironman in 2018.

Rafal has been the decisive coach in my IronMan preparation. Beyond great amount of key insights and high-level experiences Rafal has really a talent of understanding persons and their way of training. He was able to uncover, for me and other participants, quickly and sharply the weaknesses as well as the strengths of everyone. I feel much more confident going to my next event in 5 weeks, I also feel more confident to train during business trips and relaxed not to have to worry so much about a training plan. Indeed Rafal based his approach on key foundations around which everyone can build his "own castle" depending on his needs, his objectives and his skills. I am looking forward the next camp!

Since the last start of the season, just a month has passed. The longest season in my career. At that time there were 5 starts in Ironman in less than 11 months. I was optimally prepared for each start and although I had never trained so hard before, I had no crisis or overtraining symptoms. And finally, after 9 years of practicing the triathlon, I have qualified for Hawaii. How is this possible? The answer is: Rafal Medak is my Coach. Thanks Coach!
