No gadgets at swimming session

Today I decided to take away all the watches from my athletes at the pool.

Some were surprised and reluctant to do so.

The result: They made their best times!

Why? Simple. They were not aware of the numbers on the screen that most times piscologically sabotage them.

The age group athletes feel like a failure if they don´t meet their expectations that are required on the field.

The mind is a muscle that can be used for a positive or a negative way. So use it in your favor and therefore, all that negatively affects your training just get rid of it.

There is nothing better than really knowing your body: knowing when you should go easy, moderate, medium or mad.

I recommend you to try this and enjoy your workout.
