Coach Profile 

Kyle Mooney is a Sport Scientist (BOND), Physiotherapist (University of Queensland) and now passionate Trisutto Coach living the "Best we can be" mantra. 
Through understanding the athlete the best training, lifestyle and health outcomes can be achieved and allow you to unlock your potential. 
Kyle has been coached by Cameron Watt and competed at the Hawaiian Ironman World Championship in 2017, won an age group Ironman 70.3 and Tweed Enduro. 
Life highlights include: 
-          Birth of kids Hayden (4yrs) and Philippa (2yrs). 
-          Kona qualification 2017 
-          Watching the American "Dream Team" in Barcelona 92’ (Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson…). 
-          Snowboarding neck deep powder in Japan (Rusutsu). 
-          Massage therapist for the D-Squad (Darren Smith) in 2009, Davos. 

Why Trisutto? 
My personal values and triathlon viewpoint is shared with Trisutto. 
Trisutto believes in the importance of the connection between athlete and coach, striving to be the best we can be, giving back to the community and that triathlon is the greatest sport/lifestyle on earth.

Kyle helped me train and prepare for my first ever triathlon in 2018. Having no experience in the sport, training with Kyle was the best thing I could have done to prepare me for my goal event, Challenge Roth, in Germany. 

He has fantastic experience, know-how and helpful tips to get you to and across the finish line. I loved how he listened to my goals and tailored my training towards them - he always knew when to give me a subtle push or when to hold back throughout my training.

One of the best things about Kyle is his reassuring words, his strategic training plan that suits any kind of lifestyle and how prepared he is each week, to answer questions or give you insightful training tips/ race plans.

Kyle was my coach tasked with the mission to help me complete my first Ironman in Roth Germany this year. I only had 3 months to prepare so the timeline was tight. I followed the program Kyle set out for me and was able to complete the Roth Ironman in a time I never thought possible. 

During my 3 months training program I had a pre existing knee injury which caused me some issues however despite this Kyle was able to tailor my program which enabled me to build a good fitness base and then was able to enter the race injury free. 

I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone at any fitness level who is interested to achieve amazing results.
