Trisutto philosophy 

Learning how this simple method  and principal has make Olympic champ , Several world champ athlete thought the decades. We ll touch a little bit of training periodisation , cross training  , physiology + psysiology and learn to execute races or life situation under pressure..


Swim training 

Review and observe carefully of each individual athlete technique and make correction using their own natural talent  and capacity that will fit his/her swim stroke.


Bike training

Finding your natural positioning and efficient to make you faster at the end of the race with the right technic  for each individual athlete. Develop some basic skill and tool to handle your bike smoothly.


Run Training

Learn to run  relax ,smooth and free, focusing in the right task to keep the natural momentum and rhythm . Finding the right running shoes, tool such stick, hill, track, treadmill etc.



Understanding that triathlon is one sport so how to create a master piece knowing where and how to put the training load is crucial.



Learn  how execute a race  under pressure, using your personal tools box as your weapon.
