As a kid Kyle was challenged with Asthma and was often pulled from the basketball court to get his Ventolin. So why not then do a sport like bodyboarding to further challenge his breathing ability. Not shy of a challenge, Triathlon emerged as the next major sport and he found the asthma really improved with swimming. The personal challenge of improving each discipline had Kyle hooked and this search for never ending improvement has kept Kyle engaged for the past 18years.

As a coach, Kyle loves to see the transformation that takes place with his athletes and adopting the best you can be attitude. Belief in what people can achieve is Kyle’s greatest asset and an example of this was successfully coaching 7 never before triathletes to complete the full iron distance race in Challenge Roth - creating memories for a lifetime.

Why do you work with Trisutto?

Adopting the Trisutto methods, I went from a time of 10hrs 47min to 9hrs 31min at Cairns Ironman. The most significant change was enjoying the training, racing and feeling strong.

The training methods are backed by over 30 years of personal experience by Brett Sutton and the art of coaching is something that cannot be quantified but is the best part of the coach-athlete connection.

Kyle was my coach tasked with the mission to help me complete my first ironman in Roth, Germany. I followed the program Kyle set out for me and was able to complete Roth in a time I never thought possible.

I had a pre existing knee injury which caused me some issues, however despite this Kyle was able to tailor my program which enabled me to build a good fitness base and then was able to enter the race injury free.

I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone, at any fitness level who is interested in achieving an amazing result.
