DESCRIPTION AND PLAN
My annual Fuerteventura training camps provide a challenging, educational, and highly enjoyable week giving you a platform to enhance your fitness in a relaxed and friendly environment. Come and join riding the iconic roads, training in warmer weather at a resort purpose built as a base for triathlon.
Playitas Resort, the Best European Sport Resort, has top class training facilities including a stunning outdoor 50m Olympic pool, the gym, sea swimming, great running paths.
Objectives:
To make improvements in all 3 disciplines of triathlon (swim, bike and run), but just as importantly have a great time.
Athlete participation:
With a primary focus on developing race season fitness, honing your skills and returning home motivated for the season ahead, this will be a packed week of training and education. A great opportunity to challenge yourself in sessions with other athletes and a coach that will guide you step by step.
The triathlon camps are suitable for all levels of triathletes, because my scope is to cater for all athletes requirements. The athletes will train in the right according to their abilities as well as maximising the social element of a sporting holiday.

Aspects that are covered during the week long training:
Training philosophy – learn Trisutto.com principles of periodisation, the training mix, psychology + physiology, athlete development and the use of races within these considerations.
Swim training – techniques for the individual athlete, use of swim tools, stroke correction.
Bike training – positioning, technique for the individual athlete, bicycle and component selection, skills, tools.
Run training - technique for the individual athlete, shoe choice, use of run tools (hills, track, treadmill, road).
Triathlon - integration of swim, bike and run into the one training approach.
Injuries - prevention, treatment, athlete mentality and training around or through them.
Race execution - strategy for the individual and season goals.
The Camp Fee Covers coaching only.
