Description

I have worked in the technology sector where I have designed algorithms and analyzed data for a large sports equipment manufacturers. As part of this work, I also worked with sports researchers and participated in the design process of new products.

At the age of 30 and after a ten-year hiatus, I returned to the sporting lifestyle and have since achieved age-group national championship medals, in running, swimming and triathlon sprint and ironman distances. In 2018 my curious mind led me into study the Trisutto methods.

Why do you work with Trisutto?

Back in the days when the kids of our club asked me to be their coach, I started to study different coaching philosophies. This path led me deep into the coaching aspect of the sport and finally to Trisutto methods. Eventually coaching inquiries also started coming from age group athletes as well.

The eye of the needle into the Olympics or to the world championship is really tight and those who want to get there need an environment where they can become successful. Trisutto methods are suitable for both age group and elite athletes, making it possible to create an environment both locally and internationally and do it without drowning into the data currently produced by every gadget imaginable.
