Caroline has changed my swimming already. 3 months in. Amazing

Just completed the training camp in Port Macquarie.  Although we had hazardous weather all weekend, Caroline adapted the activities to what was possible with the weather conditions all weekend.  Very impressed with what we achieved over the weekend.  Reinforced the whole 'control the controllables' and 'be the best that you can be'!
She shared so much knowledge, and really helped everyone understand why sessions were designed as they were.
Highly recommend attending her camps, if she can organise a brilliant one in hazard weather conditions then she can do anything!!!
Also highly recommend her as a coach.
