Few months ago I decided to start my journey into triathlon training, aiming to enter a triathlon competition. I opted for online coaching, through Trissuto, as my options as a begginer, are limited in the country, where I live. Coach Vassilis Krommidas, has been suuporting me in the best possible way. He was always available, to answer every question, whether technical, or informative, and even sent motivation messages to encourage me. His training program was an excellent plan for a first timer triathlon athlete. It was easy to follow, gradually increased in ability level and prepared me successfully, for my first triathlon race.  Vassilis Krommidas is not only a tremendous athlete, but also a very knowledgeable coach, who will make sure an athlete is safe during training and builds on strength and skills in all 3 disciplines. Thank you coach.

Vassilis was an inspiration.  I decided to train for a 70.3 ironman not having really properly trained for 20 years.  In 3 months I felt I would have pulled it off quite respectably (race was cancelled) thanks to a coaching technique that combined form, effectiveness and practicalities along side motivational coaching.  I have to bow out of the process due to covid19 and overwhelming work responsibilities.  Unfortunately for the best part of 2 months I have failed to follow his program despite it being adjusted to the new realities.  I look forward to re-engaging with Vassilis in the near future.  Thank you coach

Vassili thanks for your guidance those last 2 turbulent years. You were always close to me, attentive and responsive. I am taking a pause from triathlon, since all my races have been postponed. We will start again next year when I have new specific targets to achieve. Thanks for everything and see you again soon.

Following the repeated races cancellation I also decided to take break from intense training. I would like to THANK Vasilis who guided me to my first Olympic tri and Ironman 70.3 races. It was a beautiful journey. My first triathlon was a sprint one 2.5 years ago and I was straggling to finish. Now and after several Olympic distances, and Ironman70.3 I was ready to compete at full Ironman in October. Unfortunately the circumstances didnt allow me to do so but thankto Vasilis I was ready and strong to do so. Thank you coach for your guidance, your availability whenever needed, your support and advises on plans, equipment, nutrition (every aspect of the training basically).
I hope that conditions will allow us to meet again soon .
