The camp will purely focus on preparation for IM 70.3 Greece with individual advice on swim, bike and run techniques.
Over the 3 days, athletes will swim, bike and run on course, with in-depth guidance from Vassilis on how to have a successful race.
The schedule for the camp is:
- 9th March - 6pm Welcome and easy run
- 10th March - 10am Bike course familiarisation - 6pm easy run
- 11th March - 11am Run course familiarisation - 5pm to 8pm discussion on IM 70.3 Greece
- 12th March - 10.30am Swim course familiarisation
Sessions may vary slightly over the two days, you will be informed well in advance.
