Great way to kick off the 2018 training season for Fall long distance races.
Learn to train in the heat for Southeastern US Fall races.
Opportunity to learn Trisutto methods early enough to incorporate into 2018 training.

What you will be covering during the camp?

Trisutto methods for training for IM and 70.3 distance races, particularly the Southeastern US Fall races (IM Chatt, Im Louisville, 70.3 Raleigh, 70.3 NC, Challenge Daytona)

Focusing on some of the fundamental principles of the Trisutto method that can make an immediate improvement in performance.

Emphasizing the importance of incorporating the proper training methods with fundamental principles in order to maximize effectiveness
Agenda
Saturday – June 30
AM:  Swim workout at pool with instruction and feedback
Noon:  Bike/run brick workout at track with instruction and feedback
PM:  Optional additional easy bike ride for those seeking additional volume

Sunday – July 1
AM:  Swim workout at pool with instruction and feedback
Noon:  Run workout starting and ending at track, with instruction and feedback
PM:  Closing Remarks/Training for Triathlon Q and A

Please bring:

  • Bring clothing suited for outdoor running and riding in cooler weather, but keep in mind that it is not unusual to experience warmer temps during this time of year
  • Pull buoy, paddles and all your swimming tools
  • Bike/Cycling gear –  additionally athletes driving to the camp are requested to bring their personal turbo trainers for indoor session(s). We will have a few available for those who will not be able to drive.
