To all our readers and the Trisutto family. This week because of our extraordinary lockdown circumstances, I decided on doing something a little different. With many athletes having questions about training at this time, I thought it best that we have a little chat, so you can better understand my thoughts on how to bring yourself to peak performance once races return to the calendar.
