Our comprehensive 12 hour per week Cycling Focused Training Plan is designed specifically for athletes wanting a cycling training focused program, that maintains their swimming. Run workouts are not included.


Program duration: 12 weeks + race week.


This '12 Week Cycling Training Program'' is provided under the assumption that the participant has a basic level of fitness, has been actively training recently, is injury free and can accomplish the following:

SWIM: Complete 1000m of swimming without stopping.

CYCLING: Complete 60 minutes of cycling without stopping.
