The 6 week Portocolum 55.5 training plan incorporates the trisutto training principles (which are explained in the plan introduction section), to maximise your training time and results. 

Program duration is 6 weeks, plus race week. Race week taper and advice on post race recovery are included. 


Assuming an existing triathlon fitness where athletes could comfortably complete a Sprint distance Triathlon, we recommend a 6 week dedicated training plan as preparation for the Triathlon Portocolom
