In these difficult times I'm fielding many enquiries about what should we do? At Trisutto we have been very clear with our previous blogs during this time, that to continue to exercise is the key ingredient to continue our physical well being. Exercise is also key to our mental health. In lock down times, no matter where in the world you reside, we have been giving as much support as possible while providing information on how best to continue your workouts indoors. If you have missed some of these below are several of our previous blogs. We don't give political or medical advice, so here are three points that have zero conflict with anybody's personal view: 1/ Keep doing what we have been doing over the last 12 months Consistent training is critical for both mind and body. 2/ Boost your immune system Many of you guys have a very healthy diet. Add some Vitamin D with sunlight as the best option. If locked in then some added supplementation would not go astray. Vitamin C is always positive at any time. Sleep has always played a major role in recovery from and benefiting from training. Sleep is necessary in maintaining a healthy immune system. 3/ Understand these facts No matter what speed you participate at, your lifestyle choices have put you in the top 5% of healthy people on the planet. Mass hysteria has never helped anyone in times of crisis!
